Terms and Conditions

*If we cancel on you for strong winds or heavy rain (anything weather related) you can choose to rebook for another date (we will only cancel outdoor hires due to rain and winds, hall hires can still go ahead)

*The new date must be within the same outdoor season year (between March 22nd 2025- October 19th 2025)

*If we cancel due to illness, or vehicle repairs etc, you will either receive your money back, or be given the option to rebook, whichever you prefer.

*The 50% deposit paid when booking is non-refundable. If you cancel, your deposit will be lost. If your booking goes ahead, your deposit paid will come off of the price of your hire.

*Rescheduling - if you contact us asking to reschedule we will do our best to fit you in, we can only reschedule within 6 months of your hire date for hall hires, or within our outdoor season for garden hires (see dates above). We can only reschedule if you contact us over 4 weeks before your booking date, if it's less than 4 weeks away this is classed as a cancellation as we have no time to fill your space booked so your deposit is lost and the full balance is still due.

* If you change any details of your booking less than 4 weeks before your hire date (e.g cancel items booked, change location or times) you will still be charged for them.

*If you book for venue/hall hire without contacting us first, or state you have contacted us within the last 24 hours on your booking form, but haven't, and we cannot fit you in, your booking will be cancelled, with no refund given, as our website asks you to contact us before booking to ensure we can fit you in.

*We require at least an hour either side of your party for set up and pack away, this must be within your booked times at the venue. Anything less than this and we will not have time to clean our equipment before or after use which ideally we need to do.

*Accurate all day hire times will be given a few days before your hire (usually Wednesday) once our delivery/collection route has been set. Delivery is somewhere between 7-11am, collection between 4-7pm (can sometimes be later, but not guaranteed) - please do not book an all day hire and then request times, that's not how all day hire works, if you require specific times, please contact us first.

*Past 7pm collection is sometimes available but we do charge extra for this, this can be added to your booking as an add on through the website.

*For overnight hire of the wedding castle, collection will be between 7-10am in the morning.

*For outdoor castle hires the set up space must be flat and grassed.

*If booking overnight hire the area the inflatables/softplay are set up must be locked/secure & private.

*There must be an electricity supply within 20 metres of where you'd like the inflatable set up to be able to inflate it.

*We cannot set up on public land (eg front of house greens or fields) unless you have written permission from the land owner (eg council)

*Please ensure the walkway entrance to the garden/venue is clear, and the space we are setting up the inflatable/softplay is ready (eg no dog mess, furniture etc in the way)

*It is the hirers responsibility to check venue sizes and garden sizes to ensure our inflatables will fit, the size required for our castles and the actual castle size can be found in the description of each.

*If you proceed to book knowing this and there is an issue with the set up space/location you will still be charged for your hire regardless as all measurements and spaces allowed for set up are displayed on the website.

*By booking you agree to pay any damages or cleaning fees if castles/softplay are damaged or get dirty during your hire.

*The hirer must be present during set up and pack away to sign paperwork claiming responsibility for the inflatable/softplay & it's users, and to agree it is all working as it should be.

*If you are not present at our agreed time to deliver, we can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving if we have other bookings to get to, as we cannot be late to other peoples hires, this isn't fair on them...if we do have to leave, you will still be charged, and we can only return if we have time to do so in between our other hires.

RULES OF THE CASTLE & SOFTPLAY:

*Do not bounce on the step of the castle.

*Do not attempt to move the castle.

*No climbing up the sides or back of the castle.

*No shoes to be worn on the castle or softplay mats.

*Users must be dry.

*If it gets dirty, please clean it.

*If it gets wet, please dry it.

*No food or drink to be taken on the castle or softplay.

*No party poppers, confetti, confetti balloons or normal balloons to be used on the castle.

*No stickers to be placed on the castle or softplay.

*No face paint or glitter tattoos to be worn if using the castle or softplay.

*No toys, items or sharp objects on the castle (this includes birthday badges).

*Be sensible with how many users are on the castle at one time.

Failure to follow these rules may result in injury or extra charges to cover cleaning and/or repairs.
